7:45 a.m. – 3 p.m. (training in the morning, exam in the afternoon)

For small businesses involved in canning sauces, pickles, or dressings.

Meets licensing requirements for those who process & package acid, acidified, or exempt products such as jams, jellies, salsa, pickles, sauces, & spreads.

$250 ($150 for additional person from same company). Must preregister.
